I called for help when our hot water service died! No hot water at all! Same day we had a temporary hot water service installed to provide hot water without having to boil a kettle just to do the dishes! WOW! Even a quick shower was possible! Nightmare not having hot water on tap! It may have taken 5 days to install the permanent replacement but the interim service and advice regarding replacement was incredible! The wait was worth it! We ended up going from gas to an electric HWS and the process for government rebates going from gas to electric was so easy thanks to the information provided by Evoplumb, I had government  approved discounts within 24hours of submitting my application! Now we have a state of the art i’Store electric hot water service that will not only eliminate our gas bill but will also reduce our electricity bill due to the ecotechnology installed in our new hot water system! Highly recommended!!! Above satisfactory level. I got a trouble with a gas line for business premises. I first cooperated with a doggy gas line company before I knew about Evoplump Services. I got a big issue for opening a restaurant as they kept delaying my project, luckily I met Tony and his brilliant team member Harry. He contacted me straight away after I reached him, and asked me what happened. I told him what happened and he was willing to help me straight away. It was a hard job where it involved with the ESV compliances and Multinet team for a gas meter installation, but Tony and Harry always prioritised their job, they were always onsite on time exactly 7am each time of the working schedule. Absolutely amazing service! Now I understand why this company EVOPLUMB SERVICES PTY LTD has so many great reviews , they truly deserve them. We recently started converting our garage into a small beauty spa at home, and the plumbing work alone was overwhelming. We were stressed and unsure how to even begin until we found Tony. Tony is an exceptional plumber. He came to see us in person, explained the whole process clearly, and got started right away. He finished the job so quickly and the result is honestly beyond what we imagined the sinks, the spa setup, everything looks perfect. His pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. We highly recommend Tony. Thank you so much for making this project possible.

The Evoplumb team has done an excellent job of installing the heat pump for my house. I got the rebate application approval within half an hour. After 2 days, the team come and get the job done for me. They are very professional, fast, and friendly. Highly recommended 👍🏻
